At I was a Sari, we want you to love your unique upcycled piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in fabric and print are part of each item's unique story.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping service; please keep your receipt as proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
